Commitment of the law firm of Me Jean-Philippe Anthonioz

The law firm of Me Jean-Philippe Anthonioz is committed to making its website avocat.anthonioz.ch accessible to all users, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA, and with the principles of the Swiss eCH-0059 standard.

This commitment reflects a desire to ensure equal access to legal information for persons with disabilities, in particular those using assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, etc.).

Conformance status

The website avocat.anthonioz.ch is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, owing to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.

This statement applies to the entire website, with the exception of embedded third-party components (e.g. the Microsoft Bookings appointment system or Google Maps), the accessibility of which is the responsibility of their respective providers.

Non-accessible content

Known limitations

Despite the efforts undertaken, certain content still presents accessibility limitations:

  • PDF documents made available for download (legal aid forms, fact sheets): some are not fully tagged for screen readers. Upon request, an accessible version or a transcript can be provided.
  • Child support calculator (pensions/Calculateur.html): this module uses custom controls (sliders, tabs) whose accessibility is the subject of ongoing improvements.
  • Interactive maps (Google Maps) and embedded QR codes: a textual alternative (postal address, direct link) is always provided nearby.
  • Decorative icons (FontAwesome): marked aria-hidden for screen readers. Informative icons are accompanied by alternative text.

This statement was prepared on 26 April 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment conducted by the firm against WCAG 2.1 level AA criteria.

It is reviewed and updated whenever the website undergoes significant changes.
