  1. Service provider

    The websites anthonioz.ch, avocat.anthonioz.ch and avisjuridique.ch (hereinafter collectively: the website) are published by Me Jean-Philippe Anthonioz, attorney at the Geneva Bar, Bd Georges-Favon 14, 1204 Geneva (hereinafter: the lawyer).

  2. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

    By accessing the website or, where applicable, using the interactive services offered, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions of use.

  3. Purpose, warranty and exclusion of liability

    • The website is for information and guidance purposes only. Its content constitutes neither an offer nor the acceptance of a mandate by the lawyer, whether tacitly or by conduct.
    • The information provided is given without warranty and does not constitute legal advice.
    • The lawyer accepts no liability, even in the event of slight negligence, for the consequences of using this website and the information it contains.

  4. Intellectual property

    Copying or using the content of the website for commercial purposes without the lawyer's permission is strictly prohibited. The content is protected by Swiss intellectual property law.

  5. Data collection

    • The online booking platform collects certain data required to make an appointment, namely: surname, first name, address, telephone number, email address and IP address. This data is deleted once the consultation fee has been paid or, in the event of cancellation, as soon as the cancellation has been confirmed.
    • Some web pages use cookies to measure the website's audience through third-party services (Google Analytics).   6. Contact

    Any question relating to these terms and conditions or to data collection must be sent by post only, to the address given in the “contact” section of the website.

  7. Severability clause

    Should any provision of these terms and conditions be held void, in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

  8. Place of jurisdiction and governing law

    Swiss law exclusively governs any dispute arising from the use of the website and from the relationship with the lawyer. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is in the Canton of Geneva, at the lawyer's registered office.

Appointments and prices

  1. Obligations

    Appointments can only be made by telephone or through the dedicated online booking platform.

  2. Price and cancellation

    • The price communicated orally, through the booking platform or by email must be paid on site or via the payment link provided. For remote legal consultations (by telephone, video conference or similar systems), payment must be received in the lawyer's account no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
    • Any cancellation by the client must be made 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, the full price remains due to the lawyer.
    • The lawyer may cancel an appointment without giving reasons. The lawyer shall incur no liability as a result of such cancellation.
